This is Classic army's version of the SOC16 (M14 Scout). I haven't got the chance to open one yet but it looks like that they have their own Gear box/Mech box design on this one

( wow there are now about 3 Gear box/Mech box design out in the market just for the M14 rifle). Classic army's gear box/mech box have 7mm steel bushings on it. Just like the previous M14 variants before it this one has a movable Cocking lever and Bolt cover (not yet sure about a functioning bolt catch, though it's a possibility. It also boast of a metallic hop chamber and it already has  a metal spring guide (nice add ons). This AEG also comes with a hi-cap magazine. Will post more details once i get a chance to open one.

Classic Army M14/Soc16 news.... Based from what i've seen the gearbox/mechbox of the Classic  Army resembles the GNG M14/SOC16 gearbox/mechbox except that it has a non swivel type motor cage (so take down will be a bit different from the GNG version)... So all internals are standard, which is a big plus.... The gearbox/mechbox is another plus (especially for airsofters that like strong springs), since this means that this airsoft rifle will also have that beefy gearbox/mechbox that will allow it to handle heavy springs.... Anyway till i have the chance to disect one on my work table performance tests will just have to wait....
